1️⃣Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines; intimate apparel or sanitary products; hazardous materials; or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care products

In some cases, only a partial refund will be issued:

• Books with obvious signs of use.
• CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted for return or exchange if the damage or missing parts are not due to our fault.
• ⚠️Any item returned more than 15 days after receipt will not be accepted for return.

2️⃣Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3️⃣Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4️⃣Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

5️⃣Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to replace the same item, please send an email：【jiaxun2023@Outlook.com】

6️⃣Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 【No. 6, Lane 2, Xinwuyuan, Gushu, Xixiang, Shenzhen】.

⚠️You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
